Being a 1L who is in the midst of his brief weekend (due Monday at 8am), this just about sums it up. For the law professors who read this, please do not give your students a fact pattern where the Supreme Court has NEVER ruled in your side's favor. Does it hone our argument skills? Maybe. Does it cause premature greying and high blood pressure? Absolutely!
