hehehe. In our state, there was actually an attorney who, in a brief, described the judge’s ruling as “inconsistent and disturbing” and asked the judge to recuse herself. Needless to say, the judge found that she was *not* biased. A different judge *was* found to be biased because she said on the record that a new trial would be “a waste of time.”
No reminder to call the opposing party an incompetent nincompoop?
I was more amused by yesterday’s placeholder. :-/
