      first to fail the bar!

a lot of people will call my kind losers too!

    2. anonymous coward says:

      @first mcfirst

If Orly Taitz can pass the CA bar, and still think that the constitution requires that presidents have two citizen parents, I think we’re all going to be just fine.

If that doesn’t get you through, just remember that Geraldo Rivera passed the bar at some point.

    3. TIM IS DEAD! says:

You can’t fool me; Tim is dead! Stop being so morbid!

    4. PBJ says:

Well they’re tasty…why not call them tasticles?

    5. Joe says:

I’m so tired of this discussion. Hawaii DID eventually become a state, right?

    6. RyanL says:

      This courtoon is racist.

      W00T!! Where’s the LONG-FORM birth certificate?!? Long live wnd.com!

    7. Fordham Law '10 says:

      RyanL:

      Amen! wnd.com rocks.

every time conservatives come up with a question on a liberal person or theory (be it place of birth of a president, or the truth behind the cult of global warming) liberals dismiss it with a simple “wh, you’re a radical.”

no conservatives have said that Obama DEFINITELY wasn’t born in the USA (just like we haven’t said global warming is DEFINITELY not true). what we have said is that we would like to see the long-form birth certificate, and it is suspicious that Obama has refused to release it (just as we have said we would like to debate and further study the issue of global warming, but liberals suspiciously refuse to debate the matter and simply repeat the bs that the “science is settled.”)

    8. jscheller says:

      Fordham Law ‘10 –

      You are a loser.

    9. Tracey says:

Um… Joe? Hawaii was a state about two years before Obama was born. That’s not the argument that the birthers are making.

The birthers claim that Obama wasn’t actually born in Hawaii. He was actually born in Kenya. Or Indonesia. Or on Mars. Or in the 9th ring of Hell. They’re not really sure where he was born, but it was definitely not in the United States, and Obama has the burden of proving that he was born here. The “certification of live birth” published on the web, they say, is not actually proof that Obama was born in Hawaii. When has a state ever certified the birth of someone not born there? Well, we don’t know any actual examples, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen this time. The birth notice in the local newspaper at the time he was born is also not proof he was born there, they claim. These documents were actually planted by evil aliens, who went back in time to 1961 and placed the false ad in the paper and falsely registered the birth. They want the long form birth certificate, which shows the hospital where Obama was born and the doctor who delivered him. Then they can kidnap the people involved in his birth and torture them until they admit that the entire birth certificate was a fraud, designed to make the infant Obama eligible to be president 48 years later.

Of course, what the birthers fail to recognize is that even if Obama were ineligible, this would not make McCain president, and it would not require a new election. It would make Joe Biden president. But they’ll prove that Smilin’ Joe wasn’t really born in Scranton when the time comes.

Oh, and by the way: man never landed on the moon, it was all just faked in a Hollywood studio. Conspiracy theories are so much more fun than what they teach you in school.
